You need to train your mind to make step 4. It took me a few years and this is how I did it

1) I learned to work anywhere and anytime no matter what — 0n a train, in Penn Station, Macy,s 34th street you name it.

2) Listen to loud aggressive metal or free jazz and full vol,me while you work. It’s music that makes you think and you need to learn to block it out to get the work done. You can learn how to do this .

3) learn to work with as many distractions as you can while working the tv is blaring the dishwasher is on, etc, learn to block it out.

It takes time to train your mind and trust me you will be better off for it. I started doing this in my twenties and it’s paid off for close to thirty years.

Stop making excuses. Learn to train your brain
