The art of complex problem-solving
Jon Ellard

Maybe it is hair-splitting, but would you tend to agree, or not (at all) that the three fundamentals are perhaps more to be appreciated in an intertwined way than the tools of the double diamond and design thinking suggest? Process-wise and as a simple(r) way to convey the principles it may help to present them in the popular sequential way, in reality they are often iterative (as is still possible with the diamonds but not evidently without specifying that) but also may ‘act up’ in less predictable ways and moments than a sequentially visualised analogy implies. Many difficult words. Translated: does it help or not, you think, to acknowledge that the “process” of combining observation, intuition and logic in reality is not a sequential one? Or does that make it too complex (…) to convey effectively?
