Work ‘Till You’re Empty, Not ‘Till You’re Dry

If you live close to your natural circadian rhythm, playing with :90 work blocks capped by :05-:10 of physical moving (vacuum, empty the trash, hand wash some dishes, walk around the block in the sun without sunglasses for vitamin D….) is like a circuit — the movement changes your state and refreshes your mind for the next :90 work.

I powered through on 4–5 hours of sleep a night for 30 years, and now understand that sleep is when our cells rebuild and our body regulates itself…needs at least 7 hours/nt to work optimally. Some people think they are fine but they’re sleep deprived….operating on 4 hrs/nt impairs you equivalent to 2 alcoholoc drinks…on your cimmute, driving a 2000 lb death machine in traffic.

Dramatic, but true.
