People place such a high value on looking “young” that they abuse their bodies, rather than honor the changes and adjust their lives accordingly.

I’m all for “use it or lose it.” Being active and moving as much as possible in the course of doing your day (as nature intended) is sufficient.

There is no reason to force your body into an unnatural state just because our culture values and sexually exploits people who appear “young.”

I say changing the culture makes a whole lot more sense.
