I clapped five times for your detailed pictures and not because I’m happy this happened to you. Ugh. It’s kind of crazy to me that Sony wants to perform an investigation rather than just replacing them outright. Because clearly people are intentionally breaking their really expensive headphones. Because who doesn’t like to break their headphones, right? I know I just love breaking my headphones.
I hope they get this fixed for you and don’t charge you for more than the shipping!
