I don’t think I agree with this statement. As a patron, not a creator at this time, it would have been great if I had ever received at any point an email about your payment processor moving outside of the USA.
I spent my morning sitting on hold with my card issuer’s fraud department again to get my card unlocked.
Again.
Because surprise, financial institutions in the USA will logically wonder why there’s an out of country payment trying to process on someone who hasn’t alerted them to international travel or purchase intent!
You tried it once in late July, only to use your US processor in August, but then you tried again without ever sending patrons an email saying anything about it.
I only have awareness of what you’re trying to do because I still receive creator emails.
And this drives me up the wall.
