IMPORTANT: by participating in this LOT competition you accept that these Terms and Conditions apply.
What is the Legend of Titans Competition
Led by the Xterio Foundation, and supported by global Alpha communities, influencers, and NFT OGs, Legend of Titans (“LOT”) is a competition to prove your “power” in Web 3.0 and have the opportunity to win amazing prizes. The LOT competition consists of 1) a team battle event and 2) a bonus event for individual participants.
By participating in the LOT competition you have a chance to participate and win 2 categories of prizes: 1) max. USD 499 (in USDT) if you participate as a group member in the team battle event OR 2) one of the 120 prizes of USD 100 (in USDT) in the bonus event for individual participants if you participate as an individual. Maximum 1 prize per participant.

Prize Pool of LOT Competition
The total available prize pool for the two events in the LOT competition jointly amounts to a maximum of USD 30,000 (in USDT).
TEAM BATTLE EVENT
Three group prizes for 3 separate winning tribes in the team battle event are available. The maximum value of each prize is as follows:
- First Group Prize: max. USD 10,000 (in USDT) *)
- Second Group Prize: max. USD 5,000 (in USDT) *)
- Third Group Prize: max. USD 3,000 (in USDT) *)
*) This amount will be divided among the number of participants of the winning group, however, with a maximum amount of USD 499 per winning group participant. This amount will be lower if the total number of actual participants in a winning group is too low to result into an individual prize per person of max. USD 499. In such case, the relevant group prize amount will be adjusted downwards based on the actual number of registered winning tribe team members on the LOT campaign website on 14 March 2023 4AM UTC, thus resulting into each registered winning team member being entitled to max. USD 499.
INDIVIDUAL BONUS EVENT
120 (one hundred and twenty) individual prizes of each USD 100 (in USDT) are available for individual winners of the LOT Bonus Event.

Rules
- If one chooses to create a tribe, one automatically becomes a Titan. He or she is not able to quit the tribe, nor transfer the title and rights to another participant.
- If one chooses to join a tribe, one automatically becomes a Warrior. His or her individual Divine Power will be added to the tribal Divine Power. He or she is not able to transfer or quit a tribe, unless a) he or she ranks in the top 5% of individual divine power rank on the top 20 tribes selection round and b) his or her tribe is eliminated from the competition. Only in this circumstance, only such Warriors are given another chance (“lifeline”) to choose to join another existing tribe.
- Titans and Warriors can both invite others to join their tribe.
- The EVM address submitted in the Galxe task must be the same address used to connect the wallet in the first step.
- Note: After becoming a warrior, one can still choose to create a tribe and become a Titan. Please contact the Mod team for the application.
2. How to calculate Divine Power
- Divine Power = your asset points + your invitees’ asset points
Notes:
- Your asset points are evaluated based on 3 categories, including Tokens, NFTs, and transaction records that are recorded in ETH, BSC, Polygon.
- The number of people you can invite is unlimited
- The invitee’s asset points are added to you and the tribe only when he/she successfully joins your tribe.
3. How the jury selects the 3 winning groups
- The 3 winning groups are selected by the final ranking of the Tribal Divine Power marked on the LOT campaign website on 14 March 2023 at 4am UTC.
- The top 3 tribes with the highest Tribal Divine Power will become the first group prize winner, the second group prize winner, and the third group prize winner.
- The Tribal Divine Power is the total cumulative add-up of all tribal members’ Divine Power in a group.
4. How are the three group prizes allocated to each of its group members
- Each group prize will be allocated to winning participants according to the allocation rules as determined by the Titan of each winning group.
- The rules are formulated by the Titan of each group before 12 March 2023 4am UTC and communicated in the Titan sub-channel of the competition Discord channel by 12 March 2023 4am UTC.
- If no applicable allocation rule has been determined by the Titan and communicated in the Titan sub-channel of the competition Discord channel by 12 March 2023 4am UTC, the group prize of a winning group will be equally distributed to ONLY the first 20% of the highest ranking individual participants ranked by individual divine power, PROVIDED that each individual participant will never receive more than USD 499 (in USDT). If based on this maximum amount the 20% highest ranking individuals referred to above consists of a too low number of individuals to absorb the total awarded group prize for a certain winning group, the difference compared to the total relevant group prize shall be forfeited.

2. How the jury selects the winners
- The 120 winners are selected by a judge panel based on the contructiveness of the retweeted post submitted as entry by 14 March 2023.

Cooperation or Competition?
-Tribes can merge with one another in this chapter
-Unlimited merge chances
-Once both tribes have completed the merge:
- The total Divine Power will be recounted.
- All tribe members will become members of the target tribe.
- The Titan that initiates the merge process will lose its title.
- The merging process is irreversible.
-The merge ends on the earlier of a) 12 March 2023 4am UTC or b) when the total number of tribes is equal to 20.
Example：
Tribe A wants to join Tribe B. Then tribe A initiates the merging process by clicking the “Merge” button on the event page and selecting Tribe B as the target. Once the two tribes have completed merging, the titan of Tribe A will no longer be a Titan and lose the role in the community (he/she will only remain a Warrior).

Share the treasure
-Both events end at 4 AM (UTC) on 14 March 2023 and the winners of both the 1) Team Battle Event and 2) the Bonus Event, will be announced at our discretion on Twitter and Discord on 15 March 2023.
Important Reminder
- By participating you accept that these Terms and Conditions apply to this competition. In case of any conflict between these rules and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall at all times prevail.
- Amongst others cheating and fraud against the above rules and the Terms and Conditions are not allowed. Any prizes can be refused or cancelled if any such actions are noticed or reported.
- The final top 20 warriors of the LOT competition at a later stage will be rewarded with Xterlist, an Xterio community identity. Titans are excluded from this ranking.
- Maximum 1 prize per participant.
