Mobile play is supported on Android and iOS, but we recommend that players utilize the in-app browser on the Metamask App. Mobile players should expect lower visual fidelity within the Metamask Browser.
Arena Coins
Arena Coins determine player rank in Overworld Arena. The Grand Prize Pool will be distributed based on the final amount of Arena Coins held by each player once Overworld Arena has closed.
Players start with 500 Arena Coins. More can be earned by logging in daily and by creating new characters, but the best way to earn is to win Battles!
Treasure Hunt (Daily Login Bonus)
For checking in daily, players will be presented with 8 chests filled with Arena Coins. Players can select 3 of the chests to receive the Arena Coins inside. Additional Coins will be rewarded based on daily login streak and amount of characters owned.
Additional Treasure Hunts can be purchased with Gems — with an added Multiplier to the Arena Coins inside each chest. Additional Treasure Hunts can only be purchased once every 24 hours.
Leaderboards
Individual Leaderboard
Showcases the players with the most Arena Coins and each player’s rank.
The Grand Prize Pool will be distributed to each player based on their share of the total Arena Coins owned by all players. The Grand Prize Pool (USDT prize, MNCT, and Xterio ecosystem rewards) will only be eligible to players with a minimum claim of $20 or more in USDT value.
Community Leaderboard
Showcases Overworld Arena’s worthiest Communities, ranked based on the total number of Arena Coins held by all their Supporters.
- Community Supporters are all players who own a Character created from an NFT in a Community’s collection.
(Overworld Incarna, Pudgy Penguins, etc) - If a player is a Supporter of multiple Communities, they will earn the rewards attributed to their highest-ranked Community.
Supporters of the Top 10 Communities will earn bonuses to their total Arena Coins based on their Community Rank.

Character Creation
All players can create a free standard character.
Owning an Incarna NFT or an NFT from our Partner Collections will allow players to load a free Character for each of those NFTs! We support Delegate XYZ for NFT Delegation from cold storage wallets.
Players can purchase additional Standard Characters (starting at 500 Gems), and each wallet can have a maximum of 20 Characters. Each additional Character will cost an extra 500 Gems.
Stat Assignment and NFT Bonuses
Stats are rolled randomly per character according to the character’s base stat pool — with a bonus for Characters created from Incarna and Partner NFTs (the bonus is applied to the base stat pool before random distribution).

- Character Stats can be randomly rerolled in exchange for Gems
Tier 1 (+8 Bonus Stat Points): Incarna — Corrupted and Ethereal
Tier 2 (+6 Bonus Stat Points): Incarna — Blue and Red
Tier 3 (+4 Bonus Stat Points): Incarna — Common
Tier 4 (+2 Bonus Stat Points): Partner NFT
Tier 5 (Base Stat Points): Standard Challenger
Arena Combat
Energy
Characters expend Energy for each battle they fight in The Arena. Players can spend gems to recharge Energy.
- Max Energy Increase: 10 + 50 per Character
- Energy Cost: -10 per Battle
- Regeneration: +10 Energy per Character, every 2 Hours

Pool Selection
Before entering Battle, players will select an amount of Arena Coins to pool. Players will be matched against an opponent pooling the same amount, and the winner takes all!
Victory Bonus: When players win a battle, they gain all the Arena Coins pooled by their opponent, plus an additional 40% Victory Bonus.
To the victor goes the spoils!
Entering The Arena
Once two players are matched, the Combat Process will begin:
- Stat Selection: Dexterity, Strength, or Magic will be randomly selected for the battle, to determine each character’s base Battle Power (equivalent to their stat value for the chosen stat)
- Dice Roll: A random dice roll (1–12) determines how well each Challenger executes their attack, adding the equivalent roll value to their Battle Power
- Action Choice: Each Challenger chooses to Attack, Spell, or Defend. If an Action is not chosen within 5 seconds, one is randomly selected.
The Challenger with the winning Action gains +4 Battle Power (Attack > Spell > Defend > Attack) - Tie Breaker: In the event of a tie, there will be a coin flip to determine the winner.
- Completion: The Challenger with the highest total Battle Power is victorious, receiving all of the polled Arena Coins and their Victory Bonus. In the event of a tie, a coin toss will determine the winner.
All players who purchase Gems will unlock the “Quick Battle” function that allows them to complete their battles instantly and an “All” button for matchmaking all Characters with one click.
Bridging ETH to Xterio Chain
To purchase our premium in-game currency, Gems, players need to have ETH on Xterio Chain.
Navigate to https://eth-bridge.xter.io to bridge in 3 simple steps:
- Connect wallet
- Input the amount of ETH to bridge and select “Deposit”
- Read and accept the deposit details, and select “Initiate Deposit”
Players should only bridge the amount they intend to utilize in Overworld Arena. ETH withdrawals from Xterio Chain must await a 7-Day Challenge period, which is standard for all Optimism Rollups.
NFT Bonuses
To get started, players can connect a wallet with Incarna or Partner NFTs, or choose to create a free Standard Character.
Incarna are the champions of Overworld Arena! They, alongside their most worthy challengers, earn significant bonuses to their Character Stats alongside a chance at reward bonuses as their Communities thrive in The Arena.

Terms & Conditions
1. The terms of service (https://www.overworld.games/legal/terms-of-service/) and privacy policy (https://www.overworld.games/legal/privacy-policy/) shall apply to all participants of Overworld Arena.
2. Cheating or manipulating the results in Overworld Arena in any way is not permitted.
3. Purchases of Gems are non-refundable.
4. None of the characters used in Overworld Arena, Gems, Arena Coins or Energy are on-chain digital assets. After Overworld Arena has ended, they will no longer be available to participants of Overworld Arena.
5. The Grand Prize Pool consists of the USDT prize pool, the 1 million MNCT, and Xterio Ecosystem Rewards.
6. The Grand Prize Pool distribution will be based on the following calculation:
Final amount of Arena Coins (after all multipliers and bonuses) held by a participating wallet address / Total number of Arena Coins (after all multipliers and bonuses) held by all participating wallet addresses x Grand Prize Pool
Any participating wallet address which receives less than 20 USDT based on the above calculation will not receive a prize from the Grand Prize Pool.
7. Distributions of rewards other than the Grand Prize Pool may not follow the distribution of the Grand Prize Pool.
8. The contribution to Overworld Arena’s Grand Prize Pool from purchases of Gems is subject to Overworld’s sole discretion.
9. Overworld and its affiliates have no obligation to assist or facilitate the listing of Overworld’s native token, MNCT. Participants agree and acknowledge that any MNCT earned as rewards may have no value.
10. Overworld will announce at the end of Overworld Arena when the claims for rewards will be open. Separate terms and conditions may apply.
11. Overworld has the right to remove any participant or participating wallet address from Overworld Arena for breach of these terms and conditions, and any Gems or Arena Coins linked to such participants or participating wallet address will be forfeited. Overworld has sole discretion in determining if these terms and conditions have been breached by any participant or participating wallet address.
12. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Overworld has the discretion to exclude any participant or participating wallet from participating in Overworld Arena. If this discretion is exercised without cause, the participant or participating wallet will be refunded any amount used to purchase Gems (not including gas fees).
13. Overworld reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Overworld Arena at any time without further notice for compliance with applicable laws.
14. Overworld reserves the right of final interpretation of any terms and conditions of Overworld Arena. Please clarify with us at support@overworld.games or at our discord channel if you have any questions.
