With gratitude, we concluded the minting phase of Yaka Voyager NFT successfully. The Voyagers are making history in the Sei Network for breaking 1M $SEI transaction volume within the first 24 hours of launch.
The team of Yaka Finance couldn’t be more grateful for your support! We received a tremendous amount of compliments and congratulations from the Sei community, which makes us feel confident about our development more than ever.
Our work didn’t just end here. We feel obliged to deliver more updates on the product end and bring more utilities to our Voyager NFT holders. With a long road ahead, we’ll keep building to reach our ultimate goal — become the native liquidity hub of Sei Network.

Roadmap Update
Entering 2024, we are committed to perfecting our product and ultimately achieving our goal to become the top native DEX in Sei Network.
We will take lead in Sei’s DeFi ecosystem by bringing our network of partners in and helping them bootstrap liquidity to serve the Sei audience.
A bunch of UI/UX revamps are also planned in our development timeline, aiming at combining the best of Sei and DeFi, making liquidity service more accessible than ever.
In mid 2024, we’ll enter Sei’s pEVM mainnet and witness the Token Launch Event of Yaka Finance — the genesis event of Yaka’s ve(3,3) flywheel, creating a self-sustaining system that fosters growth and stability for Sei’s DeFi participants.
NFT Utilities Update
Bravo, Voyagers! By holding Yaka Voyager NFTs, you’ve become the lifeline of Yaka Finance to witness our growth. While all utilities remain as promised (see https://medium.com/@YAKA_Finance/yaka-voyager-nft-utility-and-simulation-bd8fb37aff19) , Yaka will add even more utilities to empower our NFT holders. Thank you for supporting us at our early stage!
Airdrop & Snapshots
Voyager NFT holders will share a 6 million YAKA token airdrop (3% of the initial supply), with 30% unlocked immediately at TGE, and the remaining portion unlocked linearly over 12 weeks.
The first Snapshot will be taken in February and recur once per month until the Airdrop event. Team is still in a discussion to make Snapshots as fair as possible for every holder, including whales that hold multiple NFTs.
Royalty Share (for those who minted)
For those who minted Voyager NFTs, we’ll distribute 2% of the royalty income from your minted NFT sales to you. The first Snapshot will be taken next week.
Staking
Staking will go live in mainnet (ETA 2024 Q2)
Holder-exclusive Raffles
Our goal is to build Yaka Voyagers as one of the top bluechip NFT collections in Sei’s NFT ecosystem. By holding Voyager NFTs, users will get to participate in future NFT whitelist raffles in collaborations with other Sei NFT projects.
The team of Yaka Finance will also proactively reach out to quality NFT projects on Sei (and more networks) and provide our holder community with more raffle opportunities.
We’ll also be more active in the marketing side with Sei NFT projects to generate more exposure to Yaka Voyager NFTs, ultimately bringing more activities to our collection and user base.
DeFi Utilities
Yaka seeks to build an innovative DeFi ecospace with a Sei-native launchpad, and form a friendly alliance with other DeFi projects. By holding Yaka Voyager NFTs, users will get a chance to receive token airdrops, launchpad discount, yield-farming opportunities, and more.
