$YAKA: What? Why? How?

Yaka Finance is a ve(3,3)-styled DEX. The ve(3,3) model tackles the complex issue of incentivizing liquidity providers (LPs) who receive rewards as an inflating asset, all while managing persistent selling pressure. This innovative approach creates a self-sustaining system that fosters growth and stability by offering predictable rewards, which

Motivates LPs with unlocked governance tokens.
Redirects trade fees to veToken holders who lock their tokens.
Allows uneven protocol emission distribution, empowering protocols to influence emissions allocation to specific pools.

In short, $YAKA will be the utility token that ensures the lifeline of Yaka Finance and its ve(3,3) flywheel. Yaka Finance will NEED $YAKA to function.

IDO Rules

The $YAKA community IDO is available to both whitelisted and general participants. It will be raised in $SEI tokens.

It will be held on Sep 20, last for 72 hours, and end on Sep 22.

The IDO will be divided into 3 rounds: Seed Round/Whitelist Round/Public Sale. Each Seed Round/Whitelist Round will last for 24 hours, and the Public Sale will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Any unused whitelist quota will be burned.

If the IDO fundraising fails, Yaka Finance will refund participants.

Distributed via Twitter giveaways through KOLs partnered with Yaka;
Distributed through Yaka’s official Discord community events approximately 500 spots;
Distributed through Yaka’s partner network.

Public Round Allocation Rules:

All Participants in this round can purchase $YAKA tokens.

About TGE

To ensure the successfulness and initial liquidity of $YAKA, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve secured a listing deal with CEX. $YAKA will be listed shortly after the IDO ends!

The genesis liquidity pool for $YAKA-$SEI will be live on-chain simultaneously when $YAKA trading is available on CEXs.

Previously allocated community airdrops will be released gradually according to the rules after the TGE, including:

Partnership Allocations: veYAKA distribution to partners like Aerodrome, Velodrome, Lynex, and Retro Finance.
Community Airdrop: $YAKA airdrop to users eligible from Stage 1 and Stage 2 testnet activities and The Great Voyage event, with a one-month lock-up.
Yaka Voyager NFT Airdrop: 30% available at TGE, with the remaining 70% vesting linearly over 12 weeks.
