On top of all that, this island hosts various festivals that are worth checking out, from the squid fishing festival to the concerts and music festivals held in the Tower of st. Marc each summer.
Even though technically the island is connected to land by a bridge, it is the perfect getaway to soak up the sun, have fun and create stories.
