From swinging in the trees to walking on two feet,
From simple tools to high-tech devices to compete.
Once monkeys, now with smartphones in hand,
Our evolution has been quite a grand stand.
The journey from apes to modern man,
Has been filled with twists, turns, and a new plan.
With brains that grew and intelligence that flourished,
We’ve created things that once seemed quite outlandish.
From caves to space, from sticks to trains,
Our progress has been quite insane.
So here’s to us, the curious primates,
Who have overcome and conquered many fate.
