Types of items and their rarities

In total, the game implies 4 types of items which are:

1. weapons
2. armor
3. pets
4. characters.

Each character can equip one weapon and armor. A full set of armor consists of:

1. Helmet

2. breastplate

3. gloves

4. greaves and

5. boots.

Also, as already mentioned above, there will be pets in the game, but it is not yet clear what role they will play.

All items, except for characters, will have different rarities. There will be seven variants in total: Poor, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Artifact. The higher the rarity of the item, the more benefits it will add to your character.

How items are created in Project Hive
From the very beginning, the player must choose what kind of item he wants to create. Further, if he has all the necessary resources, the game will determine the attributes and the floating number itself, the rarity is always when creating a new Poor item. For many, a floating number will not be very clear. In essence, a floating number is an indicator that is randomly determined when creating a new item. The floating number also affects the attributes: the larger it is, the stronger your character.

But one should not think that here the will of chance decides everything. The floating number falls out randomly from a certain range, and the range depends on the rarity. And we remember that the initial rarity of each Poor item, that is, the randomness will not have a particularly strong effect on the game. The range of the floating number at Poor rank is from three tenths to one.

Combining items in Project Hive
To increase the floating number, and hence the attributes, you need to increase the rarity of items. It does this by combining them. To do this, you need to have two items of the same rarity and IGT tokens.

Item Enchantment

Another way to improve your items is to enchant them. To do this, you need to buy a certain item. Interestingly, it can only be purchased in a special game store for HGT tokens. When you enchant your weapon or armor, the item for enchantment disappears, and with a certain chance the enchantment will work.

But there is also the possibility of failure, in which case your NFT armor or weapon will remain, but the enchantment item will be destroyed.
