Recently, I read a Japanese famous novel — Roshomon which written by Akutagawa Ryunosuke. The story recounted the encounter between a servant and an old woman in the dilapidated Rashomon Gate, where unclaimed corpses were sometimes dumped. I thought the story was interesting and suspense and admired the way of the author to describe human’s good and evil. The author’s delineation that portrayed the scenery was also clever, too. I planned to watch the movie later!
