Introducing Nolo Perps: Empowering Discord Servers To Become Their Own Revolutionary Trading Rooms
After the success of our YoloNoloBot v1 experiment, we are thrilled to present something even bigger to the YoloNolo community. Today, we proudly announce the launch of Nolo Perps, a groundbreaking perpetual futures trading bot that brings live trading of Perpetual Futures to every Discord server.
Unlocking The Power of Nolo Perps:
Nolo Perps is not your ordinary trading bot that merely enables text-based trading. It goes beyond that. At its core, Nolo Perps empowers any community to establish and operate their own in-server or chat-based trading platform. Leveraging Hxro Network’s Dexterity protocol and the ability to integrate On-chain Derivatives Orderbooks, Nolo Perps offers a seamless trading experience directly within Discord servers.
Why Should Servers Add Nolo Perps?
By integrating the Nolo Perps bot, servers can not only enhance user retention but also monetize their social capital. Servers that adopt Nolo Perps will receive a 4.4 basis points (BPS) fee from the notional trading volume generated on their server.
Nolo Perp Bot Economics:
Nolo Perp Bot will charge a transaction fee of 25bps. It is important to us that the Nolo community shares in the growth of the Nolo Perps, we will implement the following split of each transaction fee:

Expanding the Nolo Perps Server Ecosystem with B2B Referrals:
To foster growth and expansion, we have introduced a B2B referral system for Nolo Perps. Anyone can create a referral code with the Nolo Perps Bot in DMs, enabling them to earn 2.2 BPS fees from the total notional volume of each server they onboard using their referral code. This incentivizes users to add and refer Nolo Perps to multiple servers, creating a network effect and driving adoption.
Enhanced C2C Referral System:
Nolo Perps goes a step further by facilitating a C2C referral system within individual servers. Members can earn fees from every additional member they invite to their desired server, establishing a network of incentivized users committed to growing their community servers by inviting friends and others.
Introducing $NOLO Token
In line with our goal of being an omni-chain project that transcends blockchain maximilism, we are excited to announce the launch of a new token, $NOLO which will be launched on the Ethereum Mainnet. While Solana boasts exceptional on-chain trading technology, Ethereum stands out due to its larger token markets and diverse liquidity.
The Nolo Perp Trading Bot will continue to operate and settle on Solana leveraging its ultra-fast throughput, messaging and extremely low cost structure. These elements will allow us to enable gasless transactions to better improve omni-chain onboarding and UX.
$NOLO Token Economics :
The supply of NOLO tokens will be significantly less than YOLO, with a total supply of 4,444,444.44 NOLO.
YOLO holders will be able to convert their tokens to NOLO at a 2,000,000 YOLO to 1 NOLO (MM) conversion ratio (YOLO supply is 8,888,888,888,888.88).
To ensure a sustainable ecosystem, a 4.4% buy tax and 4.4% sell tax will be applied to each NOLO token swap transaction. The tax distribution breakdown is as follows:
Token Migration Plan:
All $YOLO holders will have the opportunity to convert their SPL-based YOLO tokens to ERC-20 $NOLO. A dedicated conversion page will be set up on the soon-to-be-launched YoloNolo website.
To incentivize early conversions, token holders can commit their YOLO tokens to the conversion pool before the official launch. Those who commit early will receive a bonus amount of NOLO token. We will release the bonus schedule prior to the launch date of the migration. The bonus will be based on the following schedule:
Early migration is slated to begin on July 5th and run through July 14th. Beginning July 15th, token conversions will commence and be available for through the July 31st.
