  • Ensure that the incoming server port is set to “993” for IMAP and the outgoing server port is set to “587” for SMTP.
  • Check the boxes for “Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)” and “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.”

5. Setting Encryption and Authentication:

  • Select “SSL/TLS” as the encryption method for both incoming and outgoing servers.
  • Choose “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” for authentication.
