According to the Constitution, the role of the Executive Branch is to enforce the laws Congress made and those laws say that uninvited foreigners are eligible for deportation. Obama did a lot of damage to our checks and balances using directives and EOs to circumvent laws and that backfired both on the people he said he was helping and on US citizens who are going to have to pay to clean up the mess. If you don’t like the immigration laws then go bug Congress.
