How to break off a series of negative emotions
The first step that you build your resilience is to break off a series of negative emotions within the day.
A lot of people stumble on this first step and do nothing to take measures. People say that a night’s rest will set you up with fresh start but you need to know that negative thoughts and feelings have strong stickiness. It is certain that sleeping is very important but it is difficult to remove the primary mental fatigue. Sticky negative feelings will not keep clear of yourself unless you adapt another custom method rather than sleeping.
I want to give a solution to break the vicious circle, which is labeling your emotion such as fatigue, sadness, depression, fear, jealousy, envy. If you visualize your emotional condition by naming your present vague emotion, you can understand what you need to solve. If your doctor tell you the reason of ill health as gastroenteritis or psychogenetic disorder, it is as same as you mostly find and solve the major problem.
Likewise, your brain will be ready for understanding your every single vague emotions by naming one by one in order to find out the reason why you’re now exhausted by jealousy, anger and worries, which are connected to causing deep depression.
You would be better off step backward to overlook and make yourself clear objectively about the issues of your emotions. After that, you should think of how you can solve the problem to get rid of the worst of emotions you brought out sticking in a corner of your brain.
My recommendation not to keep your stress overnight is walking with quick steps while focusing your attention on breathing .
Doing exercises, listening music and breathing before sleeping or keeping a diary are also effective way to reduce your stress level.
