Oyster Mushroom Stew is a spicy and tangy achari type stew. This side dish can be used as an accompaniment for roti or rice

Ingredients

  • Water — 3 cups
  • Onion — 3 (Sliced)
  • Tomato — 2 (Chopped)
  • Oyster Mushroom — 3 cups
  • Salt — 3/4 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder — 3/4 tsp
  • coconut oil — 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves — few

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a pan. Add onions and Tomatoes and cook till its tender.
  2. Add Mushroom, salt, red chilli powder and cook for 10 minutes
  3. Turn off the heat. Top the gravy with coconut oil and curry leaves
  4. Serve with Steaming hot Rice or Roti(Flat bread)
