Vegetable Quinoa bola-bola

You heard it right…. Its Veggie Koftas, Veggie meatballs without meat…

You know why i made this attempt. My younger son is a picky and a choosy eater. He turns his face away from any snack except for one or two of his favorites. He just says “ I don like this”. This meat ball is for my non vegetarian lover son. He prefers to be a complete Carnivorous. I wanted a easy to hold meat ball which resembles and tastes like a meat ball. That is how i landed in this recipe. He loved these meat balls with a spicy tangy sauce.

These veggie meat balls became my elder one’s favorite too as he is foodie chap and nuggets lover
