Deal Generator
Zaza helps businesses to generate and get new deals — businesses may place an enquiry, and other users may receive deals in real-time.
Trading Platform
Platform allows users to promote a wide range of products and services with no charges, and start receiving a flow of deals. Users will be able to use self-executing smart contracts to secure their transactions.
B2B Network
The platform provides possibility of trustworthy connections. Companies will be able to connect with worldwide potential partners without any barriers and make the searching cycle shorter. The reviews and references will help businesses to evaluate and find right partner in less time and less effort.
Is there a prototype, minimum viable product or trial underway?

Where will you launch your platform primarily?

What if the platform doesn’t work as it’s supposed to?
Before launching the platform, there will be a timeframe for testing it so we will make sure that it works as it’s supposed to. However, technology, as reliable as it can be, has its own flaws. If the platform has bugs or malfunctions we will put a support team at our client’s disposal so our engineers will fix the issues in real-time. We will be there to support you in every step.

Why do you need an ICO? What will the money be spent on?
ICOs are a fundamentally new business model.The tokens issued in an ICO equip token holders with the right to consume or participate in a to-be-established product, service or network.Our product benefits from real network business users effects, and this kind of business model offers the best way to get early users invested in the success of the network itself.The funds we collect will be spend majorly on the marketing campaign dedicated to promote the product and increase number of platform users (70 %). Another 15 % will be used for general administrative & legal tasks and the remaining 15% will be used for product support.

What is the Token purpose?
The purpose of ZAZA token is to make the e-commerce and B2B networking experience more efficient. ZAZA platform will be totally tokenized and ZAZA token will be used for the transactions made on the platform, Deal Generator , Trading Platform , smart contract usage and the entire eco-system will use ZAZA tokens for incentivizing and rewarding users.
Is it Utility Token or Security Token?
ZAZA is a Utility Token based on Ethereum blockchain. It is NOT a Security Token. Token holders will not receive any profit sharing, dividends or equity in the company.
Are there any restrictions in buying ZAZA tokens?
We suggest you do your own research about your country’s legislation before buying ZAZA tokens. We highly recommend to research also the OFAC list (sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov) for more information on sanctioned countries and territories. What is the minimum purchase limit? And the maximum limit?
Minimum Token purchase is 1000 ZAZA tokens. There is no cap on purchases.
How can you pay for ZAZA tokens purchase? Are there any fees or issues with such transactions?
You can make a payment by BTC , BCH , ETH . We accept only Crypto.
When paying in cryptocurrencies, transaction fee is charged by the relevant Blockchain Infrastructure. You set the transaction fee amount, and the transaction speed is determined by the network availability and the fee amount you set. So ZAZA is not responsible for any issues occurring during transfer of funds.
What is the Token sale duration? Will there be a Pre-Sale?
PRE-SALE.
Stage 1: June 15, 2018 (12:00 PM, GST time) — June 30, 2018 (11:59 PM, GST time)
Stage 2: July 15, 2018 (12:00 PM, GST time) — July 31, 2018 (11:59 PM, GST time)

What is the total Token supply?
The total supply of ZAZA tokens is 1 billion . 530 million (53% of the total supply) is allocated to the token sale. The final amount of tokens in circulation will depend on the number of people participating in the different bonus stages. All unsold tokens from this amount will be burned.
What is the Soft Cap & Hard Cap? What will happen if you raise more money than you need?
There is no soft Cap.. We will conduct exactly the number of ZAZA which could be covered with whatever amount with collect.
Hard Cap = equivalent of 30,000,000 USD
Token Sale will be closed on 31st of December or when the hard cap is reached.
Do you offer any early birds bonuses ?
Can the Tokens be mined?
No, ZAZA tokens are not minable.
When are tokens going to be distributed ?
Token distribution from our book building latform to your account in the platform will start within 30 days after the Token Sale is finished. After you received your tokens in your wallet in the platform you can move them to your personal wallet.
Do ZAZA tokens comply with ERC-20 standard? Can they be transferred to an external ETH wallet?
Yes, ZAZA tokens comply with ERC-20 Standard. And yes, you can transfer your tokens as soon as they are available after Token Sale.
