There are more than 400,000 healthcare apps available in the app stores. How do we know which ones are effective when it comes to managing diabetes and hypertension? The E-health program at @McMaster University designed a clinical research study to look for that answer. However, they are missing qualified participants as well as a digital platform that will assist them with administrative tasks and enhance their research findings.
After several design thinking workshops and strategy calls, we are now in the development phase for Trial my app- a web-based research platform that was designed to digitally streamline our client’s research…
Due to the lack of digitalization, nurses are constantly being occupied by paperwork associated with patient’s medical history and their medication schedule. Bridging Clinic required a digital solution that can assist patient with the management of meds for before and after surgery as well as improving efficiency when filling out required forms.
We led Bridging Clinic through a series of steps: design thinking workshops, journey mapping, scenario building to better understand the problems our client was facing, so that we can tackle all those pain points. After several live consultations with nurses, we gathered all their suggestions and created Thrombolink.

SARS-CoV2, popularly known as COVID-19 started in Wuhan, a city of China that needs no introduction now. 200+ countries in the world are facing a battle that is against an invisible enemy, crippling us badly and may cause even more damage in future. There is no shame in accepting the fact that humanity wasn’t prepared for this battle. The tragedy would be not to accept this fact even after this pandemic is over.
