I’ve spent so much time wishing that I could quit food! Maybe move over to an entirely shake-based diet once all is said and done. It’s easier just to cut the monster out of the picture, to quit entirely, than try to flirt on the line with it.
The doctor’s orders were for one full meal (dinner) a day, and replace the other two meals with shakes. And between those, add small snacks (protein bars, he recommended.) So the way it usually shakes out, is that I have 3 protein shakes during the day, dinner, and an evening snack.
Some days, that evening snack is a bit larger than it should be. But I’m working on that. And if I was smart, I’d roll it back to just another shake.
