I Love LINC Because…

Food plays such an important role in our lives. This past fall, ZagDining began working with LINC Foods (Local Inland Northwest Cooperative doesn’t have the same ring to it!) in order to provide more local produce to the students, faculty, staff, and community that dine on campus. LINC makes it easier for small farmers to get their harvest on tables at larger institutions like Gonzaga.

We approached LINC about offering a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program to Gonzaga students and employees. Beth and Joel, founders of LINC, were excited about working with ZagDining and the campus on this!

Gonzaga’s CSA subscribers are our friends, colleagues, and students. A few weeks ago, several subscribers shared why they love LINC. Check out what they had to say, below!
