Being “stuck in sales predictability” is wearing thin and continue to wear thinner coming years. Even the trend of marketing using concept of A/B testing is using the concept of assumption testing. There will more concepts where the Business Plan does not gel in anymore. For now idea of Business Plan written in pages using MS Word has been reduced to PowerPower slides with lots of texts. Those who only churn out business plans and Lean Canvas at the same time understand the current situation.
