Nice analysis. I usually go into interviews trying not to ask for too much because I already feel like the companies would rather hire a guy who isn’t peak motherhood age. Guess I should just go at the same wage at a guy, I know I’ll get knocked down 10k anyway but it’s gotta start somewhere. I know I’m good at what I do, but that glass ceiling is totally real and totally distorts what I think I can ask for.
