See, the point of Bernie or Bust, though, is to punish that whining child. Donald Trump won’t end the world, but what he will do is make Americans too scared to ever support the Republicans until every man, woman and child living through this election is dead. Remember how the Republicans were able to take back the House and the Senate because they were able to convince everyone that the problems that they created were Obama’s fault? That’s because most Americans are morons. They’ll blame whichever party has the presidency, because most people have no idea what the president can and can’t do, Donald Trump included. However, what do you think will happen if the Democrats have the presidency? That’s right: four more years of us taking the blame for all the problems, and considering that there’s no way a Trump OR Clinton presidency won’t be a disaster, we NEED the Republicans to take the fall for it. If Clinton wins, she’ll be regarded as the Democratic version of George HW Bush. She’ll get 4 years, they’ll be humiliating to her and the party, and then the Republicans will take EVERYTHING. If Hillary wins now, we will lose EVERYTHING in four years. If Trump wins now, the Republicans will lose EVERYTHING in four years, and it won’t be the Democratic establishment that gains, it’ll be the more progressive branch, because Americans will be terrified of anything close to the Republicans, corporate Democrats included. It’s basically letting a child touch a hot stove so the little idiot doesn’t touch hot things anymore.
