The Zoner team decided to partner with the Urban Advisory Group. Whose company is the champion of the most successful engineering project in the last 100 years, the 2nd Avenue subway, successful entrepreneur, founder of Urbitran, and professor of engineering at NYU-Poly. This partnership is designed to guide the team to map subterranean infrastructure and utilities as well as data above the earth surface affected by zoning rights.
Central in our project approach is harnessing data, communicating complicated zoning and finance in an easy transparent way. Our objective to improve customer service systems with an well designed software as a service product to achieve a fair and equitable system of real estate taxation for all New York City boroughs.
