Thanks. I welcome your “less confrontation and better received” approach. Many of these people who are peddling identity politics are well-intentioned, of course (I’ll generously assume Medium’s editors fall into this category), and are genuinely trying to make race issues or other identity issues better, and they simply are too blinded by their ideological commitments to understand that they’re just digging the hole deeper and making the situation even worse, so any way of getting that across to them in a way that doesn’t antagonize them would be much appreciated.
