Yep, that was an intentional irony. My whole point was that if you start focusing obsessively on race (the way the piece I responded to and many pieces in that same vein do), what you get (and deserve) in response is the kind of aggressive, undoubtedly offensive (to the delicate souls out there), rant straddling the line between sense and nonsense that I came up with … so let’s stop focusing obsessively on race.
