Big things are happening to Zova. Here’s what you need to do.

Throw on your sneakers, tie up your laces. We’ve got exciting news to share.

Over the past year, our small team have been working on a completely new, awesome version of Zova.

We thought really hard about the ways we can truly support you to live a consistently active lifestyle. By doing so we’ve made some pretty big changes to the app.

This means your current Zova app won’t look or function the way you’re used to. We want to make this transition as seamless as possible, so here’s what you need to do to prepare.

If you’re using Zova free on your iPhone, save your favourite workouts.

Everyone has their favourite workouts in Zova and we’d hate to take these away from you.

To keep your favourites, do two things:

  1. Make sure you’ve created a Profile.
  2. Save the workouts you love to the ‘My Workouts’ tab.

When you update to the new version, you’ll see your saved workouts under ‘Favourites’.

If you’re using Zova Premium on your iPhone, save your favourites and prepare for an improved training experience.

If you have any favourite workouts please follow the steps above.

One major change you’ll notice is the removal of all training plans and collections. Don’t panic, you’ll still have access to hundreds of new and improved workouts but the format of your training will fundamentally change. If you’ve already started a training plan, this will be available until you update.

As a Premium user your Zova Premium subscription will be honoured in the new version, so you won’t need to worry about any unnecessary admin.

If you’re using Zova on the Apple TV, training plans and collections will be removed in favour for a new and improved experience. Apple TV updates will continue to be rolled out in the coming months.
