Breathing Exercises to Relax
Keeping yourself calm especially in stressful situations is really a tough job. My strong believe is “in the most troublesome situation you can get the best solution only when you will keep yourself calm”. I used to practice three breathing exercises which are: 1. Equal Breathing 2. Alternate Nostril Breathing 3. Skull Shining Breath. After performing these exercise I felt relaxed to some extent. By extent means I cannot rely only these breathing exercise to keep myself calm. These exercises might be used before an interview to make a good first impression. But immediate question about availability of quiet room comes in mind. Being optimistic, I hope that the practice of these breathing exercises on daily basis might increase their benefits. To improve these exercise it might be helpful to take some special drugs/diet on the recommendations of expert to boost up the advantages of these exercises.
