The Interested Challenge!

In chapter “Do This and You’ll be Welcome Anywhere” author narrate different incidents of people where he found “being Interested in people”, a powerful tool to make people “interested in you”. After reading it, I learnt the art of making friends. If you want to make people friend make them feel special. Make them friend by doing something selflessly for them. And this act with selflessness will always reward you when you need the help of a true friend. The main takeaway of chapter is “if you want others to know you, you should know them first”.`

My personal experience is whenever you ask people about them, they will never feel discomfort to tell you about themselves. Especially when you ask people about their achievements, experiences, life lessons and life events, they always feel joy to tell you. It really make people feel special when you ask them to give you an advice. Asking people about them make them feel that you really have some precious feelings for them and keen to know about them. During Interested challenge I met a retired army soldier and asked his to tell a story about his bravery in war. He was more than happy to tell me his pack of stories.
