The days are neither so hot nor so cold, neither humid nor frosty, no rain and the ambiance remains perfect for eagles fly. Local paragliding companies operate paragliding flight 3 times a day i.e. 1030 Hrs, 1200 Hrs and 1400 Hrs as the wind flows perfectly well to conduct paragliding flights. Before booking your flight, you need to check whether the company covers your flight insurance or not because safety always comes first. It is advised not to run behind the low and cheap cost.

If you are back from the trek and have already covered the sightseeing spots, then, paragliding is the one that you should not miss during your time in Pokhara. You may book short (30 minutes approx) or long (1 hour approx) flight through the local travel agencies in Kathmandu and Pokhara and photo and video are optional. Generally, pick up and drop from the hotel are included in the price and the famous Sarangkot hill is the starting or jumping point.
