Hi Doug, Good article. I was interested in your comments re Progression Pathways. Historically we have talked about models and best practice — i.e. we share a good example and then the individual customises that to their actually situation. With the advent of artificial intelligence technologies, such as Watson, there is no need for this step. The machine can dynamically propose pathways based on your actual situation and requirements.
