We are developing an approach to validation that we have called Trusted Earner Endorsement where someone wishing to earn a badge seeks endorsements from (two) existing badge earners. But we hadn’t thought about enabling people to create their own claims. I dont think corporates are ready for such a degree of empowerment but we always have an open mind …….
