Red Flag!!!
Be very suspicious of an overstaffed eating establishment where there are lots of servers and not enough work for them all. Why would it be worthwhile to work there being paid only wait-staff wages and very few tips for very few tables since there were so many people working there to split them with? It’s not. Usually that means something else is going on there that makes the restaurant part of the business merely secondary.
Places like that don’t need your business which is why they don’t give a hoot how poorly they treat their customers. My old neighborhood had a cafe like this on its street. We all knew what they were doing there and why they have stayed in business all this time with so few customers…
