Additionally, you’re describing a workflow in distinct phases. That a phase-gate process, aka waterfall, aka SDLC.
One of the major differences of Agile compared to Waterfall is, that you don’t have these — what you call components — as distingishuable parts of your workflow. But that’s your precondition for the comparison.
