Thanks Greg. I appreciate you taking the time to read. So many people just figure out their own style as they go and adapt to what their organization will allow or reward. It’s painful how long many can remain in roles of influence and steamroll the people around them. The leaders who have been most missed when they’re gone are those who set others up for great success.
