Think 3 times before finishing your tasks

Did you ever ask yourself these coming questions .. What talents do I have to have to be an innovative person? .. Did you ever think about how to be confident about the work you finish or the results you deliver? .. What i have to do to be recognized in my company to introduce new solutions and strategies? .. Did you?.

This is very simple, Trust your thinking skills. And this is not an easy matter to fully trust your thinking skills. It takes time of practice and experience to be professional at that skill.

A one of us has to think 3 times before finishing and delivering his final results or solutions:

1- The First Idea in your mind is the “Normal Thinking”.

The story begins with a task at the start of your working day. At the very first stages of thinking about the task “Let’s call the task a (Problem)”, your mind gets an initial solution to the problem, and this is very good for your mind to think about the solution at the time you start thinking about the problem.

Recap your ideas and write them in a piece of paper then through that piece in the trash beside your office.

Did you know why you have to through it in trash, because anyone will think about this solution, and you are not anyone you a very innovative one who wants to introduce the most innovative solution to every problem he’s trying to solve or task to be done.

2- The Second Idea is “Differentiation”

Very good, you wrote your initial ideas in paper and through the paper in trash, now you have to think different from normal thinking. Be smart in recognizing solutions, get an update for the initial ideas which you got in the first stage and try to really solve the right problem by asking yourself the right questions.

Think again and again till you reach the idea which will be different, great and solve the real problem or get the task done quickly with the quality required.

In this stage you may develop a lot of solutions to one problem, or a lot of techniques to the task to be done.

Great, Write these solutions in a piece of paper and through them beside the initial ideas in the trash. “Your trash is full of your ideas now :)”.

Second stage of thinking is not acceptable, you have to think again about a very smart, different and innovative solution or techniques to problems or tasks. This will take us to the third stage of thinking.

3- The Third Idea is “Innovation”

This is the most important stage, you are thinking of a solution (Smart and Innovative), This solution answers all the questions you have asked in your first initial ideas. This solution or technique is an innovative, no one except you think in this way.

Be ready to recap and present all of your third thinking ideas and techniques, and you are confident about the reactions of other team members or colleges.

You’re introducing the very innovative solution or technique for the task you are doing or the problem you are solving.
