Point taken.

Just be aware that confidence — knowing you’re a rock star and being unafraid to admit it — is not the same as arrogance. You can be a rock star, know it, and be humble at the same time.

People are often too timid because they’re constantly being humble-shamed by people with different cultural backgrounds or personality types — and that’s not cool.

We all need to accept each other as we are, rather than try to pressure and shame each other into being anything less than our authentic selves.

A really healthy culture is one in which our stars are allowed to shine and our junior teammates feel supported, nurtured and enriched by the light of those stars, not looked down on or treated as if they’re any less valuable.
