Thanks for your insights. It really helps put perspective into intrinsic challenges as a customer experience designer leader. I agree that we as UX leaders need to come up with better stories to convey the work we do. Often, I find that the best way to do this is not to talk about UX as a separate discipline but in terms that other stakeholders would understand like KPIs. Talking about the ingredients to a dish is not as compelling as showing and talking about the taste experience.
