Thanks Sameer! I completely agree. Culture is definitely one of those things that becomes increasingly harder to define and capitalize on the more a company puts it off into the future. One of the biggest reasons for this is that when companies are not clear about what they value in who they hire, they become this hodgepodge of different humans who value vastly different things, and then it becomes borderline impossible to rally around a core set of shared values, because very few of anything valued are shared from person to person.
