Apple isn’t building things for you

Good point on the “they’ll buy all the dongles and adapters to make it work”.

When I shared the range of adapters Apple now has I started to get heat from fanboys that aren’t the target market. They were questioning why I needed them, which wasn’t even my point, because in three years they don’t think anybody will need them.

To be fair to them I think Apple signalled this a few years ago, dropping Aperture then downgrading Final Cut to a more consumer like product. The relative power of their top end products needed to support this work has been going down as well.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
