Serendipity (2001)

Serendipity — one of the most beautiful locution I’ve ever encountered in the language of English. Serendipity is defined as phenomenon of making pleasant and great discoveries merely by pure coincidence. However, despite the word’s whimsical nature, it’s relatively easy to understand on my perspective. For easier comprehension, the word “Serendipity” is the occurrence of finding something beautiful without looking for it.

I believe that love is serendipity, it’ll come when you least expected it to come. Love will come to you, when it’s meant for you.

When two people are destined together, there is no need to rush, love will come to you just like when you’re simply watching the sky, then the shooting star rushes in… love comes in many unforeseen ways.

Don’t waste too much time finding something, it’ll eventually come for you by the time you haven’t sought for it, it’ll come to you eventually when it’s destined to be — and by that time comes, you’ll realize that what have found you is much more suitable than what you’ve been looking for.

Love is not meant to be found, it’s meant to find you. Maybe it’ll find you on a halcyon days of summer spent with your friends; or when wind flies right at your hair; or in a soft whisper of the wind at noon, walking towards the pile of books; or maybe when prattling on this random stranger on the train — who knows right?

And that’s the beauty of serendipity.
