Hate comes calling …

Yesterday evening, someone sent me 2 hate emails in quick succession.

Here are the screenshots of those two emails:

I am guessing the emails were sent in response to my tweet a couple of days ago condemning the anti-islam hate rallies.

I don’t think either the name or the email id of the sender is authentic, and am sure the person is not associated with Fort Collins Ruby meetup group in any way.

Looks like the person went through my tweets, found the above one, and decided to pester me.

And quite likely used the content of another of my tweets to make the reference to Fort Collins Ruby meetup in the first email.

This is probably the first time I have received such emails.

This seems to be a very mild expression of the growing levels of xenophobhia in the US. Can’t help but feel things could get far worse for people who look like me in the near future here.
