Diwali look by Rajita

The first thing that comes to our minds when we think of Diwali is traditional outfits. Every year we dress up in Indian clothes and wear Indian jewellery and everyone looks pretty.

But I feel that we need to look edgy to stand out of the crowd. Hence, I chose this outfit for Diwali. It looks different from the normal traditional lahengas and ghagras. The outfit is stylish and yet has an ethnic touch to it. The pink off-shoulder crop top, which is a very big trend now, perfectly compliments the ethnic floral printed skirt. The statement jewellery I chose, further gives the outfit a traditional touch. The drop earrings and the golden choker not only look super trendy, but also matches the outfit. I paired the outfit with neutral coloured kitten heels which are very comfortable and go well with the outfit. The whole look is very classy and subtle. So altogether, its a perfect blend of modern and traditional ! And what better occasion to falunt the outfit other than Diwali!
