I’ve seen this with everything from AirBnB to eBay, selling their car, home, … you name it.
Most people just don’t think about selling themselves. Don’t think a bit.
What scares me most is that this doesn’t just apply to individuals renting out their homes, but also to small businesses.
But I get it. You have to put some extra effort into it. Which you should, otherwise why have you signed up / put up your ad / started your business in the first place?
