Thanks for sharing your numbers — impressive, congratulations! Very interesting, you basically (mostly?) abandoned Bots as user acquisition channel, right? With Swell, I think that’s the right decision (super-engaged Bot users might still eventually download the app).
With my own bot experiments on FB Messenger I’m currently experimenting how to connect Bot users to email-addresses and FB Ads, both seem to be quite tricky. Wondering, did you experiment with FB Ads targeted at a custom audience containing of Bot user-IDs? (does that even work?)
