Understanding IP Addresses
IPv4 addresses are 32-bit numerical labels assigned to devices on a network. These addresses make sure that each device on a network can be identified and can communicate with other devices.
An IPv4 address is written in the form of four decimal numbers separated by periods, such as 192.168.1.10.
